TK Global Education strives to provide the highest quality of tutoring services. If you are unsatisfied with a tutor, we offer a replacement at no additional charge. Refunds are processed under specific circumstances outlined below.
Classes cancelled by the student/parent with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged and can be rescheduled. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one session.
If a tutor cancels a session, a make-up class will be scheduled at your convenience, or the session cost will be credited to your account.
If you have purchased a bulk package and wish to discontinue midway, we will refund the remaining unutilized amount after deducting the cost of completed sessions at the standard (non-discounted) rate. A small administrative processing fee may apply.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at jattinkaljat@gmail.com with your booking details and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
